Some image files causing JRun error Posted Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at {ts '2013-05-18 22:26:00'} ActewAGL.jpg Hi, We have been having quite a bit of trouble recently with the following error appearing when using CFFM to manage image files: Server Error The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your requests JRun closed connection It has been somewhat intermittent but recently it started happening every time a user tried to browse to the system and has now rendered the instance of CFFM unusable. As this has now become a major issue for us we have now spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting what could be causing this problem. What we have discovered is that it is only happening in certain directories and further to that only when these directories contain certain JPG files. We have manually (via FTP) moved files in and out of these directories and have narrowed it down to certain files. The issue is that there doesn't seem to be anything unusual or obviously different about these image files from any of the other files that have been uploaded. Has anyone else experienced this problem or is there any reason that some files could be causing this overload on the system that leads to the above error? I have also attached one of the files that seems to have triggered the problem. Best regards, Jason |
