multiple (dynamic?) blogs

Hi.. is it possible to create something like:

www.x.com/blogaa
www.x.com/blogbb
www.x.com/blogcc

where aa, bb, cc are usernames (members) of a community. I'd like to setup a community site where a blog will automatically be created for a user once they join the community.

What's involved in something like this.. I am a beginner CF person and already own a domain (not X.com, btw).

Any help and examples would be very much appreciated
