I installed CFFM v1.32 but it doesn't seem to recognize the MS Office 2007 file extensions. Not only do the icons not appear, but the files don't open when you click on them. Any ideas? Surely, somebody else has run into this problem, but I scoured the forums to no avail.

Well, I suspected the IIS mimetypes were not updated on our shared server (over which I have no control) [see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326965 ]. So I asked to server admin to update the mime types, which he did...to no avail. I still get a 404 error when I click on file.

Any further assistance would be appreciated.

FYI - I also updated the list of mimetypes in the GetMimeType function of the cffm.cfc file, as such:

   mimeStruct.docx="application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document";

Again, to no avail.
